BadgerNet Converged Network (BCN) is a statewide network providing government institutions and educational entities in 72 Wisconsin counties with Internet, network, and communication services. Specific services include: wide-area networks (WAN), Internet transports, and interactive video applications.

The BCN allows state government and its authorized users to purchase a single circuit with multiple services. For each BCN location, users will select which service or services they want to purchase along with an increment of bandwidth for each service.
