Infinity Provides Outlet for LIFE Study

(Green Bay, WI) Infinity Technology, Inc. has teamed up with 10 community organizations to communicate the results of the 2011 Leading Indicator of Excellence (LIFE) study.
The LIFE study is important to understanding the overall quality of life in the Fox River region. The LIFE study took an in-depth look at 10 key indicators; LIFE in the community, work, home, self-sufficiency, learning, safety, health, natural environment, arts and culture, and recreation and leisure.
Infinity Technology donated the means to share the results of this study in one spot. “We wanted this information to be easily accessible to companies recruiting employees, nonprofit agencies planning services, local governments deciding on resource allocation, coalitions addressing an area of need and the general public,” said Nanci Micke, vice president of marketing and communications for the United Way Fox Cities. “To do this, we needed a website that was easy to navigate and where information could be easily found.”

Member spotlight—Infinity Technology, Inc.

Ever since he was a kid, Dennis Challe had dreams of having his own business. After an 11-year stint as an IT manager and software developer, he realized the time had come to make his dream a reality. “I went through that question of ‘what is it I want to do?’ and I came back to what I think most people tell you: ‘Do what you know.’ And for me that was IT,” said Challe.
Thus, in June 1995, Challe and another business partner launched Infinity Technology. “I found one project that was about three to four months long,” Challe said. “We left ourpositions for that project. My partner did the bulk of the software development and my job was to find more business so we would still be in business.”That short project blossomed into a business relationship that is still going strong today, 16 years later.
