This session is not inteded to teach you how to use the tools, rather, make you aware of solutions that may exist to solve every day challenges. With an ever growing number of web applications, it's harder to discern what's a fad and what's here to stay and this session will provide you with valuable takeaways and solutions that will allow you to explore further with one added advantage - you now know the solution exists!

Web 2.0 Examples Include

Challenge: coordinating multiple schedules for a meeting.
Solution: Doodle.com allows you to create a series of options where each required attendee indicates if they are available on the dates/times you've proposed.

Challenge: permitting access to a file that allows multiple individuals to edit and update.
Solution: Box.net allows you to upload files and grant permissions for other individuals to access.

Challenge: you need to coordinate a conference call and 3-way calling just isn't going to cut it.
Solution: Skype.com provides free business conference calls.
