"Nearly five years ago we came to your organization to analyze our IT situation. Previous to your study, we had attempted to deal with our burgeoning IT needs locally, employing a resident technician to tend to our hardware/software needs in several distant offices. It became obvious to us in 2007 that we needed something much more if we were to continue to be a viable organization.

While our multi-location agency initially provided a challenge to Infinity to tie all of our offices together with a unified system and compliant equipment, it all eventually became a reality. Through the expertise of Infinity Technology NEWCAP has not only been able to link various offices together electronically, but, using Citrix, any of our employees can access our system, and their files, anywhere there is the internet.

In addition, we are happy to have Infinity's continued IT support to help solve the little ongoing hardware/software problems as old equipment needs to be replaced, and new software needs to be installed. That support has always been timely and efficient.

Most of all, we rely on the secure remote backup of all of our invaluable financial and program information that Infinity keeps for us. On a few occasions we have had to retrieve needed information, and it has always been available.
Infinity also helped us develop a web page for our agency. Just another example of the holistic services available.

Finally, I must say that all of this IT service and expertise continues to be provided NEWCAP at a modest monthly support fee."
